Spring into Weight Loss
So, its spring already and summer will soon be upon us. You have put on some pounds and become a bit softer during the winter season and now it’s time to “get off the couch” and get into a healthier, fitter, happier you.
What to do? Well, you can start by moving. Take the stairs, walk on your lunch hour, ride your bike, take the dog out for longer periods, go to the gym, join a yoga class, buy an exercise video, walk around the airport instead of sitting while waiting for your flight. The list is endless, and I’m sure you can think of more of your own that can work.
